This place is situated in a nice and quiet location, just a stone's throw away from the Desert conference center, plenty of restaurants, and both Phoenix airports - which is super convenient. The food here is not just good, it's amazing! 🍽️

b-fast..nice fruit, terrific waffles & coffee. eggs,homefries,not good. hot meats yuck. bfast lady=super nice. room very good, comfy bed, good parking, nice lobby. Overall good value
pool & area dirty(all week),common area waste recepticles not emptied all week. Speaker blown on t.v. , fridge never got cold enough to save food .Forgot framed pictures in room, staff unable to find them. very disappointing plus we both called and person taking call promised to call back....guess what? No call. Housekeeping is the last line of defense, the failure to recover guests property is problematic at best.

The property is ideal and clean with great service and value. Exceptionally good views from modern rooms. Exceptionally nice employees. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Reasonably large bathroom. Good location for exploring Tempe with a shuttle to the airport.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. I would have loved to have breakfast.
Pillows too soft. Breakfast should be served starting at 6 am everyay as we were not able to eat because our flight was early. It would be nice to have full breakfast before leaving. They did however have a snack to go.

Rooms were spacious. Alex was awesome!!! Give that girl and raise and hang on to her....she's a keeper and great for your business. I'd return just to have her drive our shuttle!
Grab and go was lean...tiniest water bottle, and apple, and small chewy granola bar which was already crumbled before it was opened. Did not know that 24-hour shuttle service was limited to once per hour. Maybe at peak times of the day or year you could adjust that.
